It is which great pleasure that I pen these few line on the occasion of establishing a new official web site of Maliyadeva College. The first official web site of the college was trace back as far as 1995. Then the teacher in charge was the present deputy principal Mr. C. P. Rathnayake and it couldn’t operate long due to lack of facilities. Today school is equipped with modern computer labs relevant infrastructure facilities and experienced personnel to launch a more definite and steady program.

I believe it is very appropriate and timely act to establish a new official web site of the school. I am quite confident of new innovative web designing committee headed by the Chethiya Abeysinghe under the guidance of Mr. C. P. Rathnayake. We hope to submit all sorts of details relevant to school in this web site. Up to now we have included only about one fourth of the program. We were unable to enter some of the activities of the school due to lack of details and also hope to update them at the end of every month.
